Victor graduated from Monash University (Victoria) in 1995.

• Completed General Surgery Training (FRACS) in 2005.
• Then spent an extra 2 years post fellowship training, sub-specialising in Upper GI and Bariatric Surgery.

Returned to the Gold Coast in 2008 as a surgical consultant, specialising in Bariatric surgery.

• A member of various Upper GI societies (GESA, ANZGOSA) and Bariatric-Metabolic Surgery Societies (ANZMOSS, IFSO).

Victor performs a diverse range of primary and revisional bariatric procedures for obesity and metabolic disorders, which include laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, removal of gastric band procedures, conversion to sleeve gastrectomy or gastric bypass.

Upper GI procedures performed include laparoscopic hiatus hernia repair and fundoplication for gastro-oesophageal reflux.

General surgery procedures performed include gastroscopy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
